NACUBO Planning and Budgeting Forum PLUS programming
Overview
Colleges and universities are challenged to do more with less. To meet this challenge while fulfilling their missions, institutions must optimize resource allocation, which often means prioritizing strategic institutional objectives and maximizing the return of available funds.
Learn how two institutions leverage an integrated financial modeling framework to support data‐informed decision-making for senior leadership. Through proforma financial modeling and scenario analysis, these universities have the capabilities to evaluate changing business variables, assess financial risk, and analyze strategic options to guide long-term fiscal sustainability. This interactive presentation will include a live demo of driver-based financial forecasting and scenario analysis and lessons learned from implementing such a solution.
This webcast is part of the PLUS Programming available as part of the 2020 Planning and Budgeting Forum and/or the half-day virtual event Using Analytics to Improve Planning and Budgeting Decisions. You may register for this webcast a la carte or as part of the PLUS bundles on the individual event webpages.
